The Proposal Space
1. Payment Terms
Once a proposal is confirmed, payment is required. We accept payment via bank transfer (BSB details to be provided). Full payment is preferred; however, we also accept half payments, with the remaining balance due no later than two weeks prior to the proposal date. As our packages are bespoke and tailored to your needs, sufficient time is required to place orders and coordinate arrangements.
2. Changes and Cancellations
Should your circumstances change (and we understand that sometimes things happen), please contact Karen as soon as possible at 0412 051 955. We will do our best to accommodate changes or adjustments where feasible, though this is subject to availability and supplier constraints. Refunds or credits are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Confirmation of Booking
A booking is only secured once a deposit or full payment is received and confirmed by The Proposal Space. Until payment is made, your proposed date and package remain subject to availability.
4. Liability
The Proposal Space will endeavour to deliver all services as agreed. However, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, supplier issues, or other events). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding dates, preferences, and any specific requirements at the time of booking. Additional costs may apply if changes are requested after confirmation that require extra resources or time.
